Information Collected Information You Provide: We collect information that you provide to us when you inquire about or purchase products and/or services through this Site. Pinta Corporation is the data controller of all personal data collected through our Web site. If you are situated in the EU and have any complaints regarding our privacy practices, you have the right to make a complaint at any time to your local Supervisory Authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach your Supervisory Authority so please contact us in the first instance. Provision of personal data and failure to provide personal data


Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with our services). In this case, we will not be able to provide services to you.
